What will a week look like in this role:
● Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing
team to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with
business objectives of brand awareness and lead generation.
● Email Marketing: Oversee email marketing campaigns, including designing templates,
crafting compelling content, segmenting target audiences, and analyzing email campaign
results. Continuously optimize email campaigns for better engagement and conversion
rates.
● Copywriting: Take ownership for copy across various digital channels, including digital
ads, landing pages, videos, and other multimedia assets. Ensure copy is valuable,
relevant, and consistent with the brand's tone and style.
● Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve
organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Conduct keyword research, optimize
website content, and analyze performance metrics to enhance search engine visibility.
● Paid Advertising: Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn
Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels. Monitor budget allocation,
ad performance, and ROI to optimize campaign effectiveness.
● Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics using various
tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms. Generate regular reports
to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and provide insights for future strategies.
● Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify areas for improvement in the customer
journey and conversion funnel. Implement CRO strategies to increase website
conversions and optimize user experience.
● Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing team, sales team,
