What will a week look like in this role:
•Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on relevant platforms.
•Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
•Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews and assessments.
•Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
•Communicate interview details to candidates and interviewers.
•Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day tasks.
•Input and maintain data in HR systems accurately.
You’ll excel if you possess:
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
•Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic HR environment
