About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Operations Associate – Accounts Payable (AP) to join our Vendor Finance team.

The role involves managing operational workflows related to vendor onboarding, transaction tracking, client data processing, internal ticket resolution, and platform fee reconciliations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Excel, data, and web-based tools, and should have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor onboarding and maintain accurate vendor lifecycle records.
  • Track transactions and operational workflows across internal systems.
  • Support client data ingestion and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
  • Handle internal operational tickets related to vendor requests and process changes.
  • Perform platform fee reconciliations and maintain accurate reports.
  • Maintain operational trackers and ensure timely updates.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and data requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline; Commerce, Economics, Business, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
    • Pivot Tables
    • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
    • Filters
    • Conditional Formatting
  • Comfortable working with web-based tools such as Retool, HubSpot, Metabase, Postman/API tools, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
