What will a week look like in this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an SAP MM Consultant, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining CashFlo SAP Invoice Automation Connector modules to automate our clients' procurement invoicing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand business requirements, and deliver efficient solutions to enhance and implement the connector product.
Responsibilities:
Implementation and Configuration:
● Lead the implementation and configuration of CashFlo SAP connector for invoice module to meet business requirements.
● Customize and enhance the SAP ERP connector.
● Facilitate the integration and support of CashFlo Product for ERP applications.
Requirements Analysis:
● Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements related to materials management, procurement, and invoicing requirement gathering.
● Provide expertise in SAP MM to recommend best practices and solutions aligned with business goals.
● Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
● Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
● Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
● Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
● Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; document necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
● Identify gaps, and issues and work around solutions.
Integration:
● Ensure seamless integration of CashFlo product with client SAP for invoicing modules.
● Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain data consistency across the system.
Training and Support:
● Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support, address, and resolve user issues.
● Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
Documentation:
● Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP connector Procurement, configurations, processes, and customizations.
● Develop training materials and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer.
● Document functional designs, test cases and results. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about SAP MM updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends. Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvements.
You’ll excel if you possess:
● Experience in Risk Advisory, Risk Consulting, Process Consulting, Business Consulting, IT Advisory is an added advantage.
● Experience in SAP FICO will be an added advantage.
● Fluently bilingual in Hindi and English
● Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
● Understanding of accounting business processes.
● Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
•Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
● Mustberesults-oriented and demonstrate a “can-do” attitude.
● Proven experience as an SAP MM Consultant with a focus on implementing and configuring SAP MM modules.
● In-depth knowledge of SAP MM functionalities, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
● Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
● SAP MM certification is a plus.
● Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more team members
