Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Unsecured Business Loans and Supply Chain Finance in various locations like Mumbai, Delhi, Gujarat, Bengaluru etc. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the following day-to-day activities:
- Prospecting and executing sales strategies for our unsecured loans business.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partner lenders.
- Responsible for portfolio building and nurturing.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to think critically and strategically
- Experience with B2B and B2C sales
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets
