What will a week look like in this role:
·They are responsible for obtaining details of customer complaints
· Keep records of interactions and transactions of client; keeping record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments
· Render administrative support to other customer care team members when the need arises, or as instructed
· Follow up clients and their complaints; ensure that requests are attended to accordingly
· Manage a team of client service representatives in dealing with complaints and enquiries. This will depend on the size of the company
· Establish and monitor the standards for customer service in the company. This is achieved using a recognized and comprehensive benchmark
· Identify tasks critical to keeping client satisfaction levels in check
· Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
You’ll excel if you possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Web Application,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customer inquiries.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to learn and understand software applications quickly.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in a customer support
- Understanding of accounting business processes
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
- Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
