Introduction

$11 trillion of money flows every year between companies in India. It typically takes avg. 70 days for a business to get paid, and it’s increasing 5% every year. Formal funding options are limited, and cover < 5% of the addressable market.

You will join our core team that currently consists of ex-BCG and ISB / IIM alumni with a team of industry veterans serving on the advisory board. We are backed by Elevation Capital (one of the most successful VCs in India) and General Catalyst ($15 Billion+ global fund, and early investors in Stripe, Airbnb etc.). We share our lineage with HCS, a 25 year old investment bank and a registered NBFC. We are a team of passionate problem solvers and we’re building a technology company with a strong product innovation mindset.

We’re looking for a dynamic, curious, and hands-on individual to join our Marketing team. Whether you’ve got prior experience or just a fire to learn, this role is for someone who’s hungry to grow, culturally aligned, and ready to leverage AI tools to drive smarter marketing.

  • Assist in executing digital and content marketing strategies

  • Experiment with AI-powered tools to improve campaign ROI, content creation, and audience targeting

  • Optimize marketing spends through data-driven experimentation

  • Contribute to growth campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels

  • Track performance metrics and support with dashboards/reporting


You’ll excel if you possess:

  • Hands-on with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copy.ai, Jasper, Midjourney, SurferSEO, Notion AI, etc.)

Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Specialist to oversee the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of HubSpot for new clients. This role involves managing various HubSpot hubs, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and HubSpot CMS, and optimizing the platform to enhance sales and marketing processes.

 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Onboarding & Implementation: Lead HubSpot portal setup, customization, and data migration for new clients.
  • Marketing Automation: Streamline sales and marketing workflows using HubSpot’s CRM and automation tools.
  • Content Management: Create and manage landing pages, forms, email campaigns, and effective calls-to-action.
  • Data Segmentation: Analyze and segment lists based on email engagement and website interactions for targeted lead nurturing.
  • Sales Pipelines: Configure deal stages and manage sales pipelines within HubSpot.
  • Client Relations: Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to foster strong client relationships and ensure effective implementation.
  • Optimization & Testing: Conduct tests to continually improve HubSpot processes and conversion rates.
  • Data Migration: Import data into HubSpot CRM and complete data mapping.
  • Behavioral Segmentation: Segment lists are based on email engagement and website interactions.
  • Performance Measurement: Analyze results to optimize lead nurturing workflows for improved conversion rates.

 

Skills and Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Basic understanding of HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Know how of AI Tools.
* Hands on Excel/ Data
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Prior experience with digital marketing or CRM tools is a plus.
