Role Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS records

  • Support HR policies, compliance, and audits

  • Maintain HR systems, reporting, and key HR metrics

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and engagement initiatives

  • Support performance management, training, and development programs

  • Coordinate with vendors and manage asset-related processes

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • High discretion with confidential information

  • Proficient in MS Office and eager to learn in a dynamic environment

Note: This role will be offered as a PPO for the first three months and will convert to a full-time position based on performance.
